Nonprofit rate (50%) for Hero & Sidekick levels for NPOs with annual budget under $500,000

By submitting this form, you verify you are an authorized representative of the sponsoring company and understand you are entering into an agreement with Heart Heroes, Inc. for sponsorship of the Superhero Heart Run. Please remit nonrefundable payment within 30 days of submitting this form. Payment must be received before sponsorship benefits commence, unless other arrangements are made with Heart Heroes. If logo inclusion is part of your sponsorship package, please email company logo image file(s) as soon as possible for inclusion in marketing campaigns, along with any brand requirements/specs. Superhero Heart Run, Heart Heroes and partnering organizations are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur at the run. All run participants must register for the run and sign a liability waiver. The Superhero Heart Run continues to monitor the ongoing Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation to make the best decision for the health and safety of our participants, staff and volunteers. If the scheduled event is unable to take place due to the health crisis or any other situation out of our control, the event will shift to a virtual event and all sponsorship benefits will convert to virtual benefits.
